Warranty Assessment Terms

When our technician assesses your appliance/product, the following terms apply to the service call:

• No Call-Out Fee for Valid Warranty Claims: If the issue with your appliance/product is confirmed to be a warranty-related fault, you will not be charged a call-out fee.

• $60 Call-Out Fee for Non-Warranty Issues: If the issue is determined not to be covered under warranty, a $60 call-out fee will apply.

• Quote for Rectification Work: In cases where the issue is not covered by the warranty, our technician can provide a quote for the necessary repair work. No repair or corrective work will be carried out until full payment for the quoted amount has been received.
