2. Pathway Measurement for Delivery
To ensure a successful delivery, please confirm the product can safely travel through all access points upon arrival.

Packaging Considerations

Vehicle Access
Our delivery vehicles may be large, so please ensure there is safe and suitable access to or near the delivery location.
Regional Deliveries
For regional deliveries:
- All items are checked and photographed at our premises prior to dispatch.
- Goods are packed and palletised in good order.
- Transport companies certify the goods as being received in good order and condition before loading.
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival and unloading and lodge any claims for transit damage directly with the respective transport company.
As all items leave our warehouse in good order and condition, McLernons Business Base cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during transport by third-party carriers.
