• Fully opened or extended product dimensions where applicable.
• Clearance around fixed obstructions like columns, bulkheads, and sloping ceilings.
• Floor-level restrictions such as skirting boards.

Delivery Pathways
To avoid delivery failures or site damage, please measure all access routes from the unloading zone to the final placement area. Carefully check the clearances of:

• Doorways and window frames.
• Hallways and corridors.
• Staircases and landings.
• Elevators and goods lifts.

Packaging
To ensure maximum protection during transit, goods are delivered in their original packaging wherever possible. Please account for this slight increase in overall bulk when checking your access pathways.

3. Delivery Locations & Restrictions

McLernons Business Base delivers to most residential and commercial addresses across Australia from our warehouse facilities.

General Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
• We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
• Certain remote or isolated areas may fall outside our standard carrier network and require alternative freight arrangements.
• Please advise us of any vehicle size restrictions, loading dock rules, or specific site induction requirements at the time of order.
